Our Payroll Services are an ideal way to try before you hire. Relieve the risk and overhead associated with independent contractors, part-time employees and internships. You provide us your candidate and we’ll handle the rest. They will work for you, on a trial basis or until you are ready to hire them. If you decide to extend an offer of employment, there is no placement fee, as you provided the candidate.
Try Before You Hire
OurTemp-To-Hire Services is the optimal route to grow your existing team. This allows you to evaluate candidates that we provide to work at your location, as long as you need them. There is never a guarantee for future employment but should you choose to hire the candidate we provide, there is a placement fee.
Regardless of the services selected, the following are always included in our fee structure.

- Mandatory Training/CE
- Corporate Incentive Trips
- Holidays
- Vacation/PTO
- FML

Lindsay Addison is a seasoned professional, bringing 12 years of Real Estate Industry plus 15 years of HR, Recruiting, Training & Management experience to her role as the Owner and CEO of Carolina Builder Staffing, established in early 2022.

Holding previous positions as both a Real Estate Broker and a New Home Sales Consultant, Lindsay has a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the real estate industry. This combined real estate and recruiting experience, gives Lindsay an innate ability to source and recruit the best New Home Sales talent available.
With an active involvement and member of various Home Builder Associations throughout her home state of North Carolina, Lindsay is able to stay current on industry trends as well as maintain a working knowledge and understanding the complex needs of our builder clients as they evolve. She has the knowledge to identify the type of talent that succeeds on-site as well as the passion to train and provide ongoing guidance to those she hires.

While Lindsay is dedicated to driving the success and growth of Carolina Builder Staffing, she also values her work/life balance. Outside the office, she spends as much time as she can with her 3 very active teenage sons. Whether it's watching them play baseball, attending a Carolina Hurricanes Hockey game or cheering on her beloved UNC Tar Heels.
She also enjoys traveling the world with her husband Dave. Giving back to the community is paramount, and she is actively involved with multiple community organizations and volunteer initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
